We arrived early and they explained that the room wasn’t ready but they’d get it ready as soon as possible (we arrived four hours before check-in so that didn’t matter too much), but they said they’d keep our luggage while we went and did things. When we went back to the hotel, our luggage had already been taken to the room. The room was quite spacey (excluding the bathroom) and was very clean. The bathroom was tiny, but it didn’t matter because I wasn’t planning to hang out in the bathroom. The housekeeping was excellent and provided fresh towels each day and always took our rubbish out. Reception provided extra blankets for me as I get very cold. Checkout went smoothly and I received my $100 deposit refund immediately. They also held onto our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so we didn’t have to take it with us while we did things! Definitely going to book again!_”
